In completing this purchase, I agree to the following: * One Division Registration Limit: I/we understand that registration is limited to ONE division per registrant. If I/we sign up for more than one division per keiki, the registration will be cancelled and refunded - minus processing fee. Entry and Liability Waiver: Surfing and body boarding are sports that require special skills and have inherent dangers (high surf, strong currents, hidden rocks and reef, drowning, etc.) By completing this purchase of registration, I hereby release and hold hamless Kohana'iki LLC and the County of Hawaii, all of their officers, directors, and members, all sponsors, officials, and contributors from any and all claims, damages or liability due to injury or death. I understand and have read the above.
